I met sally through ACS. She guided and stood by me through my walks. I remember Sally telling me I’m sorry I didn’t tell you I was sick, but I didn’t want to upset you. That was the kind of person she was. She was worried about me. She showed me the true meaning of kindness. I will never forget you. If one thing is for sure you are dancing with the angels now. Dear Beck, My condolences. Very sad to hear of the loss of Sal. Sal was a core member of our Kahlua Club at Oberlin, a pseudo sophisticated group of friends who listened to Chick Corea and laughed a lot. Sal had the best laugh. She took me home one Christmas and I had to lead the Christmas caroling because of course only old jews remember the words from mandatory elementary school Christmas sings.
